Por mucho que Castells se refiera continuamente al asunto, tampoco el Ministerio de Universidades ha hecho absolutamente nada para acabar con los escandalosos datos de precariedad y temporalidad en las universidades públicas españolas. Muy al contrario, su propuesta de crear una carrera laboral paralela a la funcionarial puede agravar estas situaciones inaceptables.</span></h2>

El volumen de negocio de las 34 universidades privadas y 110 escuelas de negocios se situó en 2.575 millones de euros en 2019 según el último estudio del Observatorio Sectorial DBK.</span></h2>
