<p style="color: #333333; font-size: 11px; font-family: 'Google Sans Text', sans-serif !important; text-align: justify;" align="justify"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span style="font-weight: 400; background-color: #ffffff;">Hoy el Tribunal Supremo ha ratificado la sentencia del TSJ de Aragón del 11 de abril de 2025 que estimaba la demanda de conflicto colectivo presentada por <span style="color: #e03e2d;"><strong>CCOO Aragón</strong></span> contra la Universidad de Zaragoza, obligándola a pagarles a l@s investigador@s con contrato laboral “Margarita Salas” y “María Zambrano” las cantidades detraídas para el pago de la cuota patronal de Seguridad Social (más el interés del 10%).</span><br style="font-weight: 400;" /><br style="font-weight: 400;" /><span style="font-weight: 400; background-color: #ffffff;">Al presentarse la demanda por parte de los Servicios jurídicos de <strong><span style="color: #e03e2d;">CCOO Aragón</span></strong> como conflicto colectivo, la sentencia incluye a todo el colectivo de investigadores mencionado, independientemente de su afiliación sindical.</span><br style="font-weight: 400;" /><br style="font-weight: 400;" /><span style="font-weight: 400; background-color: #ffffff;">Felicitamos a los Servicios Jurídicos de <span style="color: #e03e2d;"><strong>CCOO</strong></span> por el éxito de un proceso largo y complejo, que se suma a las demandas ganadas en otras universidades españolas, por procesos similares.</span><br style="font-weight: 400;" /></strong></span></p>
