<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 23px;">Desde la <strong><span style="color: #e03e2d;">Sección Sindical de UGT Universidad</span></strong> damos nuestra enhorabuena a las compañeras y los compañeros de limpieza por el preacuerdo alcanzado ayer entre UGT y CCOO y las patronales del sector.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 23px;">Los puntos del preacuerdo son:</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 23px;">✅Vigencia <strong>cuatro años</strong>.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 23px;">✅Un 3% de <strong>incremento salarial</strong> cada uno de los años 2026, 2027 y 2028. En el 2029 la subida será de un 4%.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 23px;">✅La <strong>reducción de la jornada laboral</strong> equivalente a dos días de trabajo, uno en 2027 y otro en 2029.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 23px;">✅Creación de una <strong>excedencia especial</strong> con reserva de puesto de trabajo, por un período mínimo de seis meses y máximo dos años.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 23px;">Otro de los aspectos que ha facilitado el desbloqueo ha sido que las empresas han renunciado a eliminar el <strong>complemento de incapacidad laboral</strong> los tres primeros días de la baja y también su pretensión de fundir en el salario base el plus de transporte.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 23px;">La huelga de las compañeras y los compañeros de limpieza demuestra, una vez más, que sin movilización no se consiguen mejoras sustanciales de las condiciones de trabajo.</span></p>
