<p><span style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;">Estimadas compañeras, estimados compañeros</span><br style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;" /><br style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;" /><strong><span style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;">Hace algún tiempo detectamos que el personal laboral (contratado doctor </span><span style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;">o permanente laboral) que adquiría la condición de funcionario/a de </span><span style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;">carrera, dejaba de percibir durante algún tiempo los sexenios que </span></strong><span style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;"><strong>tenía concedidos,</strong> situación que podía prolongarse hasta casi dos </span><span style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;">años. Pese a cobrar después los atrasos, esto ocasionaba tanto</span><br style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;" /><span style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;">problemas a la hora de realizar la declaración del IRPF, como un </span><span style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;">perjuicio económico considerable en la transición.</span><br style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;" /><br style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;" /><strong><span style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;">CGT ha conseguido que el PDI laboral que acceda a los cuerpos docentes </span></strong><span style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;"><strong>universitarios pueda seguir cobrando</strong>, como anticipo a cuenta, los </span><span style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;">sexenios de que ya disponga, con el compromiso de realizar la solicitud </span><span style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;">de reconocimiento ante la ANECA en los plazos establecidos. Así se </span><span style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;">evitará que, con una promoción profesional, descienda el sueldo, algo </span><span style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;">que carecía de sentido.</span><br style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;" /><br style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;" /><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'andale mono', monospace;">Este acuerdo será de aplicación para las personas que tomen posesión de su plaza a partir del <strong>1 de septiembre de 2026</strong>, y próximamente se dictará una instrucción para que sea efectivo.</span><br style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;" /><br style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;" /><span style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;"><strong>Agradecemos al Vicerrector de Profesorado </strong>su disposición en este asunto </span><span style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;">y nos alegramos de poder contribuir a que nuestras/os compañeras/os no </span><span style="font-size: 13px; font-family: monospace; background-color: #ffffff;">pierdan poder adquisitivo.</span></p>
