Esta situación convierte la prevención en un mero trámite burocrático en lugar de una herramienta efectiva de protección. Por ello, es imprescindible implementar medidas estructurales que refuercen plantillas, garanticen financiación suficiente y establezcan criterios mínimos de dotación, asegurando así una prevención real, eficaz y centrada en la salud de las personas trabajadoras.</span></p>

Esto supone una<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">doble injusticia:</strong><span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">para la salud y para los derechos laborales</strong>.</span></p>
