Y esto es justo lo que esperaba el Personal Docente e Investigador y el de Administración y Servicios de las universidades públicas españolas con respecto a la Ley Orgánica del Sistema Universitario (LOSU), mucho más cuando tanto Castells como Subirats colocaron acabar con la precariedad<strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #c00000;"><span> </span></span></strong>como objetivo prioritario de su nueva Ley universitaria.</span></p>

En este escenario, ¿alguien ve factible que las universidades públicas lleguen en algún momento al 8% de temporalidad que fija la Ley?</span></p>

Según el reciente informe CYD 2025<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">tampoco la LOSU ha rejuvenecido la plantilla del PDI (media de 49,5 años) y sigue mostrando un insuficiente y lento relevo generacional, y un estabilización tardía</strong><span> </span>con una media de 40 años en los Ayudantes Doctores temporales, primer eslabón de la carrera académica.</span></p>

AA.</strong><span> </span>Considerando el PIB per cápita regional, el mayor esfuerzo financiero público relativo se dio en Cantabria (41,2%) y en Valencia (38,1%), mientras que la menor ratio se dio en Madrid (16,3%) y en Cataluña (23,5%).</span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"></span></p>
