<li class="v1v1v1MsoListParagraph" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Aunque reconocemos que la elaboración de una normativa excede las competencias de la agencia, sí creemos que<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">la ANECA debe promover e impulsar los cambios para una nueva regulación adaptada al momento presente y superando planteamientos desfasados</strong>. Desde CSIF consideramos que por ejemplo la exigencia de estar contratado por una Universidad o Centro de Investigación durante al menos 8 meses resulta absurda y extemporánea. Del mismo modo estimamos que, ante una penalización desproporcionada, en la petición del primer sexenio debería existir como en la acreditación el derecho de desistimiento.</span></li>

<li class="v1v1v1MsoListParagraph" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Por otro lado, desde CSIF creemos que hay que<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">incrementar<span> </span></strong></span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">el número máximo de Quinquenios y de Sexenios retribuidos que puede conseguir el PDI.</span></strong><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span> </span></span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">El desfasado RD de 1989 limita a seis el número máximo de quinquenios y sexenios que pueden ser retribuidos. Con una edad forzosa de jubilación a los 70 años y pudiendo llevar más de 45 años de servicio no tiene sentido limitar a 30 años los quinquenios y a 36 años los sexenios.</span></li>

<li class="v1v1v1MsoListParagraph" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Finalmente, queremos manifestar desde CSIF nuestra<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">petición reiterada de<span> </span></strong></span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">derecho al acceso a Quinquenios y Sexenios por parte del Profesorado con contrato temporal y a tiempo parcial.<span> </span></span></strong><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">D</span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">iferentes y recientes sentencias del Tribunal Supremo reconocen al PDI laboral a tiempo parcial el derecho al cobro de Quinquenios y Sexenios. Desde CSIF consideramos necesaria una normativa nacional para evitar mantener por más tiempo una situación injusta, obsoleta y discriminatoria para profesores en régimen de dedicación a tiempo parcial como Asociados, Sustitutos, etc.</span></li>
