IGUALDAD SALARIAL</strong>, que se celebra el 22 de febrero,
<b><font color="#ff0000">CCOO</font></b> ha publicado un nuevo
número de Gaceta Sindical, en el que se advierte que<span> </span><strong>la
brecha salarial de género en España se mantiene enquistada
en el 20%, lo que supone una diferencia salarial media de
5.158 euros anuales entre hombres y mujeres.</strong></p>

parcialidad y en la brecha de cuidados<span> </span></strong>como
principales factores que inciden y perpetúan esta desigualdad.</p>

reducir la tasa de empleo a tiempo parcial femenino, revisar
los complementos salariales con sesgo de género y reforzar las
políticas públicas de cuidados, como condición imprescindible
para avanzar hacia una igualdad retributiva real.</p>
