<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; padding-left: 40px;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">🗓️ <strong>2025</strong></span><span style="font-size: 19px;">🔺 Subida del <strong>2,5 %</strong> consolidable, y tendrá e</span><span style="font-size: 19px;">fectos retroactivos desde enero de 2025</span><br /><span style="font-size: 19px;">🗓️ <strong>2026</strong></span><span style="font-size: 19px;">🔺 Incremento del <strong>2 %</strong> (</span><span style="font-size: 19px;">1,5 % fijo y</span><span style="font-size: 19px;"> 0,5 % variable si el IPC es igual o superior al 1,5 %).</span><span style="font-size: 19px;"> Este 0,5 % se abonará en el primer trimestre de 2027, con carácter retroactivo desde enero de 2026.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 19px;">🗓️ <strong>2027</strong></span><span style="font-size: 19px;">🔺 Subida del <strong>4,5 %</strong></span><br /><span style="font-size: 19px;">🗓️<strong> 2028</strong></span><span style="font-size: 19px;">🔺 Incremento del <strong>2 %</strong></span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;"><strong>Los salarios públicos recuperarán</strong> de este modo tres puntos de poder adquisitivo (exactamente, un 2,83 %). <strong>En un plazo de trece meses (</strong>enero de 2027), las nóminas registrarán un <strong>incremento del 9 %</strong>. El aumento total real durante el período de vigencia del acuerdo será del 11,43 %, incluidos los deslizamientos/arrastres.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">Desde <span style="color: #e03e2d;"><strong>UGT</strong></span> subrayamos que se trata de "un gran acuerdo" que <strong>fortalece la calidad de lo público,</strong> aporta seguridad y certidumbre a las plantillas y responde a las necesidades reales de las administraciones, incluso en un contexto de bloqueo presupuestario, inestabilidad política y restricciones europeas.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;"><strong>Además del incremento salarial</strong>, el Acuerdo incorpora <strong>avances estructurales</strong> por los que <span style="color: #e03e2d;"><strong>UGT </strong></span><strong>lleva años luchando,</strong> y que <strong>afectarán directamente a la UZ:</strong></span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">✔️<strong>Eliminación de la tasa de reposición</strong>, una <strong>reivindicación de <span style="color: #e03e2d;">UGT</span> desde hace años</strong>, imprescindible para rejuvenecer y reforzar las plantillas, garantizando unas mejores OPES.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">✔️<strong>Procesos selectivos más ágiles</strong>, con un <strong>máximo de un año</strong> hasta la toma de posesión.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">✔️<strong>Ampliación de permisos y medidas de conciliación,</strong> junto a nuevos compromisos en <strong>igualdad</strong>, <strong>no discriminación, prevención del acoso y violencia de género.</strong></span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;"><strong>Desde</strong> <strong><span style="color: #e03e2d;">UGT</span></strong> dejamos claro que nuestra firma no es un cheque en blanco. <strong>Exigiremos el cumplimiento íntegro de lo pactado</strong> y participaremos activamente en la Comisión de Seguimiento, que se constituirá en un máximo de 15 días.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">Este acuerdo también ha sido avalado por CSIF y está pendiente aún de la valoración por parte de CCOO. La firma del Acuerdo tendrá lugar esta misma tarde.</span></p>
