<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">Ayer, <strong>Función Pública</strong> y los sindicatos <strong><span style="color: #e03e2d;">UGT</span></strong>, <strong>CCOO y CSIF </strong> volvieron a reunirse para avanzar en un nuevo <strong>Acuerdo Marco para una Administración del Siglo XXI</strong>. En esta ocasión, el objetivo era trabajar la propuesta del Gobierno para descongelar el salario de los funcionarios, </span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>La propuesta inicial planteada por el Gobierno fue rechazada por los Sindicatos </strong>, ya que la consideran insuficiente.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">❗<span style="color: #e03e2d; font-size: 20px;"> <strong>¿Por qué UGT la rechazamos?</strong></span></span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">📉 <strong>No garantiza el poder adquisitivo:</strong> la subida no compensa la inflación real de los últimos años.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">⏳<strong>Distribución desequilibrada:</strong> buena parte del incremento se deja para el final del periodo, perjudicando los primeros años. <strong><span style="color: #e03e2d;">UGT </span>ha reclamado una subida diferenciada para 2025 </strong>que permita a los empleados públicos recuperar el poder adquisitivo.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">🗓️<strong>Límite del 4% en 2025 y 2026:</strong> Con este limite se impide recuperar lo perdido. El 6% restante sería para los años 2027y 2028</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">🔁 <strong>Riesgo de congelación en 2025</strong> si no hay una subida específica desde el 1 de enero.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">📊 <span style="color: #e03e2d;"><strong>UGT</strong></span> <strong>recalcamos que un acuerdo plurianual debe evitar pérdidas económicas</strong> y de oportunidades para la plantilla.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">🧮<span style="color: #e03e2d;"><strong>UGT</strong></span> <strong>estamos realizando nuestros propios cálculos salariales para exigir aumentos </strong>que realmente mantengan el poder adquisitivo.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size: 18px;">Todavía hay margen para negociar y hoy se celebra una nueva reunión.</span></strong></p>
