<p data-start="204" data-end="410" align="justify">El próximo <strong
data-start="215" data-end="232">30 de octubre</strong> darán
comienzo las <strong data-start="252" data-end="286">movilizaciones
en todo el país</strong>, con <strong data-start="292"
data-end="349">concentraciones ante las subdelegaciones del
Gobierno</strong> y, en Madrid, <strong data-start="364"
data-end="407">frente al Ministerio de Función Pública</strong>.</p>
<p data-start="412" data-end="599" align="justify">El <strong
data-start="415" data-end="427">Gobierno</strong> ha justificado
la <strong data-start="446" data-end="500">congelación salarial
del personal empleado público</strong> y el <strong
data-start="506" data-end="549">bloqueo de un nuevo acuerdo
retributivo</strong> alegando la ausencia de Presupuestos
Generales.</p>
<p data-start="601" data-end="879" align="justify">Ante esta
situación, <font color="#ff0000"><strong data-start="622"
data-end="642">UGT, CCOO y CSIF</strong></font> han decidido <strong
data-start="656" data-end="694">iniciar un calendario de
protestas</strong> para denunciar la <strong data-start="713"
data-end="779">paralización de la negociación colectiva en la
Función Pública</strong>, que mantiene <strong data-start="794"
data-end="838">los salarios congelados durante este año</strong>
y <strong data-start="841" data-end="876">retrasa un nuevo pacto
salarial</strong>.</p>
<p data-start="881" data-end="1100" align="justify">El pasado mes de
septiembre, las tres organizaciones —que representan a más del <strong
data-start="961" data-end="989">80% del personal público</strong>—
ya <strong data-start="994" data-end="1009">advirtieron</strong>
que, de no reanudarse de inmediato la negociación, se adoptarían
las medidas necesarias.</p>
<p data-start="1102" data-end="1363" align="justify">Bajo el lema <strong
data-start="1115" data-end="1184">“Negociación, subida salarial
y mejora de los servicios públicos”</strong>, las <strong
data-start="1190" data-end="1209">concentraciones</strong>
comenzarán el <strong data-start="1224" data-end="1241">30 de
octubre</strong>, tanto <strong data-start="1249"
data-end="1303">en las subdelegaciones del Gobierno de toda
España</strong> como <strong data-start="1309" data-end="1360">ante
el Ministerio de Función Pública en Madrid</strong>.</p>
