<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">Desde el <strong>Sector de Enseñanza </strong>de <span style="color: #e03e2d;"><strong>UGT </strong></span>entendemos que el <strong>uso de la Inteligencia Artificial</strong> (IA) en el ámbito educativo no puede desligarse de la defensa de la <strong>calidad docente</strong>, la <strong>equidad </strong>y los <strong>derechos del profesorado</strong> y del <strong>estudiantado</strong>.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">La irrupción de estas herramientas está transformando los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, y es fundamental conocer de primera mano cómo están afectando al trabajo del profesorado universitario.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">Por ello, desde <strong><span style="color: #e03e2d;">UGT</span></strong> hemos elaborado una <strong>encuesta dirigida al profesorado de todas las etapas educativas</strong>,<strong> incluida la universitaria</strong>, con el objetivo de <strong>analizar</strong>:</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">🔸El uso actual de la Inteligencia Artificial en la docencia.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 18px;">🔸Las ventajas percibidas por el profesorado.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 18px;">🔸Los inconvenientes y riesgos asociados a su aplicación.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 18px;">🔸Las opiniones y propuestas para un uso adecuado y ético de la IA en Educación.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>Invitamos al PDI de la Universidad de Zaragoza a participar en esta iniciativa</strong>, aportando su experiencia y punto de vista. La <strong>participación es anónima</strong> y los resultados servirán para orientar nuestras propuestas sindicales en defensa de una implantación responsable de la IA que respete los derechos laborales y la autonomía docente.</span></p>
