<p class="v1v1v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; line-height: 16.8px;"><em style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Esta Sala de lo Social del Tribunal Supremo, se ha pronunciado reconociendo el derecho a la evaluación y, en su caso, a la percepción del complemento específico por méritos docentes (quinquenios) y del complemento de productividad por actividad investigadora (sexenios) al personal docente e investigador vinculado con la universidad<strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span> </span></strong>pública con una relación laboral temporal, entre otras, en las SSTS 510/2024, de 20 de marzo (rec 101/2022) y 70/2023, de 25 de enero (rec 117/2020), declarando que no existen diferencias sustanciales entre el personal permanente y el temporal que justifiquen la desigualdad de trato; que el complemento por la actividad investigadora no está vinculado al puesto de trabajo sino a la productividad; y, que excluir a los investigadores laborales temporales en función de la naturaleza temporal del contrato es un tratamiento discriminatorio.</span></em></p>
