<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">Este incremento responde al cumplimiento del <span style="color: #6bc0f6;"><strong> <span style="color: #232ef0;"><a style="color: #232ef0;" href="https://ugt-sp.es/ugt-y-ccoo-se-concentran-para-exigir-al-gobierno-el-cumplimiento-integro-de-los-acuerdos-suscritos-en-la-funcion-publica/">Acuerdo Marco para una Administración del Siglo XXI firmado en octubre de 2022</a></span></strong></span> entre los sindicatos mayoritarios <strong><span style="color: #e03e2d;">UGT</span> y CCOO</strong> y el <strong>Ministerio de Hacienda y Función Pública</strong>. Dicho Acuerdo regula las subidas salariales del personal público para el período 2022-2024.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>La subida del 0,5% incluye los atrasos con efectos desde el 1 de enero de 2024 </strong>, siendo <strong>consolidable</strong> en las próximas nóminas. </span></p>

Las empleadas y empleados públicos <strong>seguimos a la espera del</strong> <strong>incremento salarial de 2025, que aún no se ha hecho efectivo</strong>.
