<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="text-align: left; font-size: 17px;">El 25 de septiembre de 2025, <span style="color: #e03e2d;"><strong>UGT</strong></span> <strong>ha participado en una nueva reunión convocada por el Ministerio de Universidades</strong> para retomar los trabajos relacionados con el <strong>futuro Estatuto del Personal Docente e Investigador</strong>. A pesar de que la LOSU fijaba plazos concretos, tras más de un año de parón, seguimos prácticamente en el punto de partida, sin un calendario claro de negociación.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">Durante la reunión, <strong>el Ministerio informó</strong> de otros asuntos generales que afectan a la universidad: </span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">🔸 <strong>RD de creación de universidades y centros</strong></span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; padding-left: 40px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">o Previsión de aprobación en octubre.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; padding-left: 40px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">o Consenso alcanzado con la CRUE y el Consejo de Universidades.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">🔸<strong>RD de ámbitos del conocimiento</strong></span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;">Desde <span style="color: #e03e2d;">UGT</span>, aprovechamos este espacio para insistir en varias cuestiones fundamentales:</span></strong></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>🔸Transparencia</strong> en los borradores y que los acuerdos de la mesa sean vinculantes.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>🔸Calendario de trabajo ágil y sostenido</strong>, con acuerdos efectivos.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>🔸Claridad en el alcance y significado del Estatuto</strong>, incluyendo la conciliación laboral y familiar.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>🔸Lenguaje unificado</strong> sobre modalidades contractuales, figuras docentes y estabilización.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>🔸Reconocimiento de las dos vías del profesorado</strong> (funcionarial y laboral) en igualdad de condiciones.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>🔸Definición de todas las funciones del PDI</strong>, incluyendo gestión y representación sindical.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>🔸Carrera profesional </strong>vertical, horizontal y promoción interna.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>El Ministerio se comprometió a dotar al grupo de un calendario real de reuniones para alcanzar un texto consensuado antes de finales de 2025,</strong> y a <strong>incorporar todas las aportaciones sindicales </strong>en la próxima reunión, prevista para la segunda quincena de octubre.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>Desde <span style="color: #e03e2d;">UGT</span> insistimos en lo que se debe garantizar en el futuro Estatuto del PDI</strong>: </span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>🔸Dignificar la carrera del PD</strong>I.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>🔸Mejorar </strong>los derechos, las condiciones laborales y retributivas.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>🔸Desarrollar de carrera profesional </strong>vertical, horizontal y promoción interna.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>🔸Eliminar la tasa de reposición </strong>para convocar plazas de carácter permanente y estables.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>🔸Facilitar el acceso</strong> a la carrera docente.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>🔸Garantizar la igualdad y la conciliación laboral-personal </strong>en condiciones equivalentes al resto de trabajadores.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">En definitiva, <strong>se trata de que el Estatuto se convierta en un verdadero instrumento</strong> para reconocer el trabajo y la aportación del PDI en el sistema universitario público español, garantizando calidad, estabilidad y dignidad en nuestras condiciones de trabajo.</span></p>
