<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">De cara a la próxima negociación de los <strong>complementos autonómicos,</strong> desde <span style="color: #e03e2d;"><strong>UGT</strong></span> hemos realizado un estudio detallado de su evolución en la <strong>Universidad de Zaragoza.</strong></span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">El <strong>análisis de los periodos 2020-2025</strong> muestra claramente que se ha producido una <strong>pérdida en las retribuciones del profesorado</strong>, independientemente del número de sexenios reconocidos a cada docente.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">Desde <strong><span style="color: #e03e2d;">UGT</span> </strong>queremos transmitiros que <strong>estamos trabajando activamente para que esta pérdida sea paliada,</strong> con el objetivo de conseguir una mejora en las condiciones retributivas del PDI de la Universidad de Zaragoza.</span></p>
