<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>El Tribunal Supremo</strong> (Sentencia N º 748/2025, de 23 de julio) <strong>ha dado la razón a UGT Servicios Públicos de Madrid</strong> y desestima los recursos interpuestos por las seis universidades públicas de Madrid, <strong>confirmando el derecho del personal docente e investigador (PDI) laboral no permanente a tiempo parcial a:</strong></span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">โœ…<strong>Ser evaluado y percibir los quinquenios docentes</strong> en cuantía proporcional al tiempo efectivo de prestación de servicios, <strong>en igualdad de condiciones con el PDI a tiempo completo</strong>.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>El Tribunal Supremo subraya que</strong>:</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">๐Ÿ›‘Negar este derecho supone una doble penalización y una discriminación injustificada.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">๐Ÿ›‘La condición de tiempo parcial solo puede afectar a la cuantía del complemento, no al acceso a la evaluación ni a la consolidación del derecho.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">๐Ÿ›‘El complemento por méritos docentes es un reconocimiento a la calidad y excelencia en la docencia, que no puede excluir a quienes, aunque a tiempo parcial, cumplen con las exigencias de calidad docente.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>Lo importante</strong> de esta resolución es que, al tratarse de un recurso de casación,<strong> sienta jurisprudencia</strong>, lo que significa que en otros procesos judiciales que afecten a otras universidades, en situaciones similares, deberán aplicar el mismo criterio jurídico.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">De modo que, <strong>se abre la puerta a una traslación de sus efectos al conjunto de universidades pública</strong>s, asegurando un marco homogéneo en el reconocimiento de derechos del profesorado.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">Desde <strong><span style="color: #e03e2d;">UGT</span></strong> valoramos muy positivamente esta sentencia y queremos trasladaros que <strong>estamos trabajando para que sus efectos se apliquen también en la Universidad de Zaragoza,</strong> garantizando la igualdad de trato y la extensión de los derechos reconocidos para el PDI Laboral a tiempo parcial.</span></p>
