<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;"><strong><span style="color: #e03e2d;">UGT</span></strong> ha publicado el informe <a style="color: #0000ee;" href="https://ugt.unizar.es/sites/ugt/files/archivos/250717_ugt_informe_desconexion_saludmental_absentismo.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">"Desconexión digital y salud mental: la verdadera cara del absentismo",</a> donde denuncia que la vulneración del derecho a la desconexión digital está afectando gravemente al bienestar de los trabajadores. Según el estudio, un 30% de los empleados no logra desconectar durante las vacaciones debido a la recepción constante de mensajes laborales —hasta 58 de media por trabajador— lo que impide un descanso real.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">Además, destaca que más del 40% de los trabajadores revisa correos antes de las 6:00 de la mañana y muchos continúan trabajando los fines de semana o en vacaciones. <span style="color: #e03e2d;"><strong>UGT</strong> </span><strong>exige a las empresas el cumplimiento del derecho a la desconexión, clave para prevenir riesgos psicosociales como el estrés o el burnout,</strong> y vincula esta problemática con la necesidad de reducir la jornada laboral y mejorar los mecanismos de control horario.</span></p>
