<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">Desde <strong><span style="color: #e03e2d;">UGT</span></strong> queremos informar que en el <a style="color: #0000ee;" href="https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.boe.es/boe/dias/2025/07/02/pdfs/BOE-A-2025-13410.pdf__;!!D9dNQwwGXtA!UrDhN8XrpiYgjEauAs4PzirsCfokjR_S6Kc41V8cJFNgDXor9RRpUd4eFT1LY6jF3Oaer8ObFN2T8QSTaMimDEJ3$" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">BOE de hoy, día 2 de julio, se ha publicado la Orden</a> con el <strong>incremento</strong> <strong>retributivo del</strong> <strong>0,5% correspondiente al año 2024</strong> para las empleadas y empleados públicos. Esta subida <strong>no es fruto de algunas presiones sindicales</strong>, sino el <strong>resultado del cumplimiento del <a style="color: #0000ee;" href="https://ugt.unizar.es/sites/ugt/files/archivos/acuerdo_marco_ugt_ccoo_hacienda_octubre_2022.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Acuerdo</a> firmado en octubre de 2022 entre los sindicatos mayoritarios <span style="color: #e03e2d;">UGT</span> y CCOO y el Ministerio de Hacienda y Función Pública.</strong></span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">Este Acuerdo, que regula las subidas salariales del personal público en el <strong>periodo 2022-2024</strong>, contempla <strong>incrementos tanto fijos como variables,</strong> todos ellos<strong> consolidables</strong>:</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">✅<strong>Año 2022</strong>: subida <strong>fija del</strong> <strong>3,5%</strong></span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">✅<strong>Año 2023</strong>: incremento <strong>fijo del 2,5% + 1% adicional</strong> vinculado al IPC y al PIB</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">✅<strong>Año 2024</strong>: subida <strong>fija del 2% + 0,5% adicional</strong>, <strong>ahora aprobado</strong>, condicionado a que la suma del IPC acumulado de los años 2022, 2023 y 2024 superara el incremento retributivo fijo acumulado.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>Ese umbral ya se alcanzó, y por tanto ahora se activa el incremento del 0,5% para el año 2024,</strong> que incluirá los <strong>atrasos desde el 1 de enero y será consolidable</strong> en las nóminas.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">Este abono<strong> llega con retraso</strong>, no obstante, <strong>con esto se da cumplimiento a lo pactado en el Acuerdo</strong>, que reconocemos como una herramienta eficaz de mejora salarial para el conjunto de los empleados públicos.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">En el caso de la <strong>Universidad de Zaragoza</strong>, este incremento <strong>no se reflejará en nómina hasta que se publique en el BOA la resolución correspondiente</strong>. Tendremos que esperar y confiamos en que los trámites no se demoren más allá del mes de octubre.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">Desde <span style="color: #e03e2d;"><strong>UGT </strong></span><strong>recordamos que aún quedan <span style="text-decoration: underline;">puntos clave pendientes</span> dentro del mismo Acuerdo,</strong> que afectan directamente a nuestro colectivo, como son la <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>implantación de la jubilación parcial y la mejora de las retribuciones previstas para 2025.</strong></span></span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">En <span style="color: #e03e2d;"><strong>UGT</strong></span> seguimos trabajando para que los compromisos firmados se cumplan en su totalidad y sean reconocidos y respetados.</span></p>
