Sin embargo, considera que los cambios introducidos están justificados por la LOSU, la modificación de la Ley de la Ciencia y la adhesión de ANECA a movimientos internacionales de evaluación de la investigación (DORA y CoARA). Desde CSIF no creemos que estas modificaciones legales justificaran en absoluto, por ejemplo,<span class="v1v1v1v1apple-converted-space" style="box-sizing: border-box;"> </span>las<span class="v1v1v1v1apple-converted-space" style="box-sizing: border-box;"> </span>circunstancias reductoras de la calificación de las aportaciones.<span class="v1v1v1v1apple-converted-space" style="box-sizing: border-box;"> </span></span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;"></span></p>

Más bien,<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">creemos en CSIF que el conflicto de interés editorial (con un castigo extremo – exclusión de las aportaciones) y los procesos de revisión no contrastables (con castigo de -25% a -100%) lo que hacen es aumentar las penalizaciones y endurecer la obtención del sexenio.</strong></span></p>
