<p class="v1v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Da igual el momento en el que se lea esto porque, desgraciadamente, la siguiente afirmación siempre está vigente:<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">La aplicación informática de ANECA ha tenido numerosas "caídas" y graves errores de funcionamiento</strong>. Estos errores ya fueron denunciados por<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">CSIF</strong><span> </span>el primer día del plazo de solicitud en nuestro vídeo-tutorial sobre la aplicación informática. Como siempre, han venido producidos porque<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">ANECA no ha testeado correctamente la aplicación antes del comienzo del plazo</strong><span> </span>(bastaba con haber realizado un par de solicitudes "reales" de sexenios para darse cuenta de los errores y poner solución).</span></p>

<p class="v1v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Este mal funcionamiento se ha recrudecido en los últimos días cuando se han producido numerosas "caídas" del sistema y errores en el proceso de firma electrónica de las solicitudes,</span></strong><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span> </span>obligando al PDI solicitante a realizar el mismo proceso en varias ocasiones hasta conseguir que funcionara (utilizando incluso altas horas de la madrugada para utilizar el sistema "a solas"). Sinceramente no se entiende, porque, utilizando las propias estadísticas de ANECA, la media de solicitudes de sexenios cada año ronda la cifra de 15.000, que al espaciarse en 3 semanas de plazo debería producir que cualquier herramienta informática con una mínima calidad funcionara perfectamente.</span></p>

<p class="v1v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Esta reflexión merece un lugar destacado porque, dentro de la ingente labor de asesoramiento personalizado que desde<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">CSIF</strong><span> </span>hemos realizado a todo el PDI que nos ha solicitado ayuda, hemos detectado que<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">el portal "ANECA_responde" muchas veces no contestaba, o contestaba en unos tiempos muy elevados de respuesta o lo que es peor, ante idénticas consultas de distintas personas solicitantes ha dado diferentes respuestas y, a veces, respuestas distintas a las aplicadas en las resoluciones de convocatorias anteriores</strong>.</span></p>

<p class="v1v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">El PDI de la Universidades Españolas ha vuelto a sufrir</span></strong><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">, como otras tantas veces con ANECA, <strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">una aplicación retroactiva de requisitos para la evaluación de su actividad profesional</strong>. El profesorado que ha solicitado un sexenio en esta convocatoria de 2024 empezó a "preparar" su solicitud, como mínimo, en el año 2019. Evidentemente, con los criterios que regían en ese año. Sin embargo, ahora se ha encontrado con que ha desarrollado su investigación al menos en los últimos 6 años en base a unos criterios que ahora no van a ser los que evalúen su solicitud. <strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">Volvemos a estar en una clara situación de indefensión y de una retroactividad indignante</strong>.</span></p>
