Evidentemente, y eso no se le escapa a nadie, con los criterios que regían en ese año. Sin embargo, ahora se ha encontrado con que ha desarrollado su investigación al menos en los últimos 6 años en base a unos criterios que ahora no van a ser los que evalúen su solicitud. <strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">Volvemos a sufrir una clara situación de indefensión y de una retroactividad indignante</strong>.</span></p>

Destacamos que, aunque el profesorado hubiese sido previsor y en este año 2024 hubiese sido capaz de adaptarse a marchas forzadas a <strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">las <a style="box-sizing: border-box; color: inherit; text-decoration: none; background-color: transparent;" name="v1v1v1OLE_LINK15"></a>circunstancias reductoras de la calificación de las aportaciones </strong>de la convocatoria del año pasado, <strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">este año 2024 ANECA las ha vuelto a modificar</strong>, añadiendo 2 circunstancias nuevas (conflicto de interés editorial y procesos de revisión no contrastables) a las 3 existentes y endureciendo 2 de esas 3 que introdujo el año pasado.</span></p>

Eso hubiera permitido resolver los fallos que tiene la aplicación antes de que el PDI se pusiera a realizar sus solicitudes.</span></p>
<p class="v1v1v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Algunos de esos<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">fallos denunciados por</strong><span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">CSIF</strong><span> </span>se arreglaron (o al menos ANECA lo intentó) en el inicio del plazo: extensión de la casilla para el título de las aportaciones; extensión de la casilla para los autores de las aportaciones; cómo tratar los datos de las aportaciones sustitutorias, …, pero otros han tardado más de una semana, como son todos los<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">problemas encontrados en el proceso final de firma digital de la solicitud</strong>, al tratar de firmar digitalmente un pdf que contiene firmas digitales previas y distintas (por ejemplo la firma digital de la hoja de servicios). Y lo que es más grave, sin que ANECA dé respuesta a las consultas planteadas por el PDI sobre esta cuestión en ANECA Responde (en este caso concreto mejor llamarle<span> </span><em style="box-sizing: border-box;">ANECA no responde</em>).</span></p>
