<p class="v1v1v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Visto el baremo general que ANECA ha publicado para la evaluación de los sexenios en esta convocatoria de 2024, <strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">desde</strong> <strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">CSIF</strong> <strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">hacemos constar que</strong> <strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">el PDI de las Universidades Españolas acaba de sufrir</strong>, como otras tantas veces con ANECA, <strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">una</strong> <strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">aplicación retroactiva de requisitos para la evaluación de su actividad profesional</strong>. El profesorado que solicite un sexenio en esta convocatoria de 2024 empezó a “preparar” su solicitud, como mínimo, en el año 2019. Evidentemente, y eso no se le escapa a nadie, con los criterios que regían en ese año. Sin embargo, ahora se encuentra con que ha desarrollado su investigación al menos en los últimos 6 años en base a unos criterios que ahora no van a ser los que evalúen su solicitud. <strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">Volvemos a sufrir una clara situación de indefensión y de una retroactividad indignante</strong>. No se conocen otras escalas/cuerpos de trabajadores de la administración pública a los que le ocurra esto. </span></p>

Destacamos que, aunque el profesorado hubiese sido previsor y en este año 2024 hubiese sido capaz de adaptarse a marchas forzadas a <strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">las <a style="box-sizing: border-box; color: inherit; text-decoration: none; background-color: transparent;" name="v1v1v1OLE_LINK15"></a>circunstancias reductoras de la calificación de las aportaciones </strong>de la convocatoria del año pasado de 2023, <strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">este año 2024 se han vuelto a endurecer</strong>.</span></p>
<p class="v1v1v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"> Las 3 circunstancias reductoras de 2023 se convierten en 5 en 2024. Las 2 nuevas son: conflicto de interés editorial (con un castigo extremo - exclusión de las aportaciones) y procesos de revisión no contrastables (con castigo de -25% a -100%).</span></p>
