<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">Con la publicación en el BOA del 10 de diciembre de 2024 de la <a style="color: #0000ee;" href="https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.boa.aragon.es/cgi-bin/EBOA/BRSCGI?CMD=VEROBJ&MLKOB=1365287141414__;!!D9dNQwwGXtA!WJ42IA3OD4xS1rjyaroK4PSFzWxIvze4i0r5uwgJMctTFxxDfIeSbQgn1Q-RFKLA6smmVhFJpaWIfm_UnNM2bZQC$" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Resolución Rectoral de 25 de noviembre de 2024</strong>,</a> se implantan en la Universidad de Zaragoza los permisos recogidos en el RDL 5/2023, que transpone la Directiva Europea 2019/1158 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 20 de junio de 2019, relativa a la conciliación de la vida familiar y profesional de los progenitores y cuidadores.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">1. <strong>Permiso por fuerza mayor para ausencias justificadas (retribuido): </strong>Horas equivalentes a cuatro días al año.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">2.<strong> Permiso parental para cuidado de hijo/a o persona menor acogida por tiempo superior a un año hasta el momento en que el menor cumpla ocho años (no retribuido): </strong>Hasta ocho semanas, continuas o discontinuas, por semanas completas y a tiempo completo.</span></p>
