<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 21px;">El pasado 20 de noviembre se constituyó la <strong>Comisión de trabajo </strong>convocada por el Ministerio de Ciencia, Innovación y Universidades para <strong>definir el incremento del gasto público</strong> <strong>destinado a las universidades públicas, con el objetivo de alcanzar el 1% del PIB para 2030</strong>. En esta mesa participan comunidades autónomas, rectores, estudiantes y sindicatos como <span style="color: #e4002b;"><strong>UGT</strong></span>, aunque se echa en falta la presencia del Ministerio de Hacienda para evaluar la viabilidad de los acuerdos. <strong>Las reuniones se celebrarán cada dos meses, con el horizonte resolutorio de noviembre de 2025.</strong></span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 21px;"><span style="color: #e4002b;"><strong>UGT</strong> </span>subrayamos la necesidad de <strong>asegurar una financiación suficiente que garantice un sistema universitario de calidad</strong>, eliminar las desigualdades laborales entre las distintas comunidades autónomas y fortalecer el papel de las universidades públicas como motor del progreso social. Asimismo, recordamos que <strong>los avances en la financiación deben incluir la mejora de la carrera profesional del profesorado</strong>, actualmente precarizada, y evitar la deriva hacia modelos privados.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 21px;">En la reunión <strong>insistimos en que el porcentaje del 1% previsto en la LOSU para 2030 debe alinearse con los estándares europeos y adelantarse en el tiempo</strong>. También se han señalado <strong>problemas estructurales </strong>en el sector, <strong>como el uso extendido de contratos de profesorado sustituto en condiciones precarias</strong>, y la <strong>necesidad de eliminar las tasas de reposición para fomentar la incorporación de talento joven.</strong></span></p>
