<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 21px;"><strong><span style="color: #e4002b;">UGT</span> impulsamos espacios de trabajo seguros y sin violencia, apoyando protocolos contra el acoso sexual y medidas que faciliten la permanencia de las víctimas en sus empleos.</strong> </span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 21px;"><strong><span style="color: #e4002b;">UGT</span> destacamos el valor de los protocolos contra el acoso sexual y el acoso por razón de sexo y la negociación de medidas dentro de los Planes de Igualdad de las empresas. </strong>Además, consideramos que el <strong>empleo es clave para el empoderamiento de las victimas</strong>, por lo que abogamos por políticas activas para apoyar a éstas fuera del mercado laboral.</span></p>
