<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">En la reunión de la Mesa de Negociación de la Universidad de Zaragoza (MNUZ) del 20 de noviembre de 2024, se aprobó el calendario académico para el curso 2025-2026.<strong> La propuesta obtuvo el voto favorable de la mayoría, con la abstención de<span style="color: #e4002b;"> UGT</span>. </strong></span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">Este calendario, similar al del curso anterior, será ajustado posteriormente para incorporar los festivos autonómicos, provinciales, locales y específicos de los centros.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;"><strong><span style="color: #e4002b;">UGT</span></strong> <strong>propusimos retrasar el inicio de clases al 8 de septiembre de 2025</strong> <strong>en lugar de dar comienzo el día 3, como está previsto,</strong> <strong>argumentando que:</strong></span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">⭕Se garantizaría un mayor tiempo para el profesorado de preparación de las clases.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 20px;">⭕Se favorecería la conciliación familiar, ya que el curso escolar comienza más tarde.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 20px;">⭕Se podrían seguir manteniendo los días lectivos en el primer semestre, trasladando estos tres días lectivos de septiembre a diciembre, comenzando la evaluación ordinaria el 18 de diciembre en lugar del día 15.</span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">El permiso por fuerza mayor, retribuido, <strong>permite ausencias justificadas por urgencias familiares</strong> relacionadas con enfermedad o accidente, con una <strong>duración de las horas equivalentes de hasta cuatro días al año</strong> (proporcional a la jornada laboral). </span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;"><strong>Desde <span style="color: #e4002b;">UGT</span> valoramos positivamente que la Gerencia haya extendido este permiso al personal funcionario, limitado en la legislación solo al personal laboral. </strong></span></p>

<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">El permiso parental no retribuido<strong> permite a</strong> <strong>padres, madres o personas con menores acogidos</strong> <strong>por más de un año</strong> <strong>ausentarse hasta ocho semanas</strong>, <strong>hasta que el menor cumpla 8 años</strong>. Se mantiene la afiliación a la seguridad social, pero la concesión depende de las necesidades del servicio. </span></p>
