Su falta de rigor, sus contradicciones y sus retrasos lo revelaron como un auténtico fiasco:</span></strong><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-weight: normal;"><span> </span>l</span></strong><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">a tasa de éxito alcanzó un exiguo y denigrante 42,47%, falló el procedimiento, la comunicación y la transparencia, presentó un marcado sesgo de género, no hubo protocolo único y sí una evaluación de criterios injusta y contradictoria, especialmente en áreas multidisciplinares.</span></p>
