<p class="v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">El<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">nuevo procedimiento (se adjunta) para la obtención de la acreditación estatal para el acceso a los cuerpos docentes de Profesora o Profesor Titular de Universidad y de Catedrática o Catedrático de Universidad</strong><span> </span>se regula en el Capítulo IV del Real Decreto 678/2023, de 18 de julio, en sus artículos 15 a 25, y debe adecuarse a los principios establecidos en su artículo 3.</span></p>
<p class="v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Por este motivo ANECA ha publicado este<strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span> </span>procedimiento (ACADEMIA 2024) que se aplicará a las solicitudes presentadas a partir del 1 de abril de 2024</strong>, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto por la disposición transitoria primera, número 3, del real decreto.</span></p>

<p class="v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">El Procedimiento recoge que uno de los requisitos para optar a la acreditación a Titular de Universidad (TU) es “Acreditar la realización de actividades de investigación o docencia, y en su caso de transferencia e intercambio del conocimiento, por un período acumulado de, como mínimo, nueve meses en universidades o centros de investigación distintos de aquella institución en la que se presentó la tesis doctoral.<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">No tendrán que acreditar este requisito de movilidad las personas que, a fecha 12 de abril de 2023, en que se produjo la entrada en vigor de la Ley Orgánica 2/2023, de 22 de marzo, del Sistema Universitario, estuviesen contratadas como Profesor/a Ayudante Doctor/a, Profesores/as Colaboradores/as con carácter indefinido o Profesor/a Contratado/a Doctor/a (disposición transitoria quinta, punto 3 de la citada ley). Tampoco deberán cumplir el requisito de movilidad Profesoras y Profesores Titulares de Escuela Universitaria que soliciten la acreditación a Profesora o Profesor Titular de Universidad</strong><span> </span>(disposición adicional décima primera, punto 3 de la Ley Orgánica 2/2023, de 22 de marzo, del Sistema Universitario)”.</span></p>
<p class="v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; text-align: justify;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Aunque no viene reflejado en el Procedimiento de ANECA, desde CSIF queremos indicarte que atendiendo al punto 3 de la transitoria quinta de la LOSU,<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">todo profesor que a fecha de la entrada en vigor de la LOSU estuviera contratado como PAD, CD, Colaborador o aquellos que tengan otros contratos temporales, pero estén acreditados a alguna de estas figuras, no les será requerido la estancia de movilidad. También, como se indica al principio de ese punto 3, aquellos que posean la acreditación a TU o hubiesen iniciado el trámite para obtener la acreditación, estarán exentos del requisito de la estancia de movilidad.</strong></span></p>
