<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">PRIMERO.- Requisitos de las personas solicitantes:</span></strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">1. Ser funcionarios de carrera y pertenecer al Cuerpo de Catedráticos de Escuela Universitaria o al Cuerpo de Profesores Titulares de Universidad.</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">2. Encontrarse en esta Universidad en situación de servicio activo, servicios especiales, expectativa de destino, excedencia por cuidado de familiares, o en cualquier otra situación asimilada a la de activo.</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">3. Estar en posesión del certificado de acreditación para el acceso al Cuerpo de Catedráticos de Universidad expedido por el Consejo de Universidades, con anterioridad al 1 de enero de 2024.</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">4. Los anteriores requisitos deberán cumplirse en el momento de presentar la solicitud y mantenerse hasta la finalización del expediente de aprobación de plazas.</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">En particular, en el procedimiento relativo a plazas de profesor vinculadas a puestos asistenciales del Salud, se atenderá a lo establecido en el Concierto entre el Gobierno de Aragón y la Universidad de Zaragoza, publicado por Orden de 22 de junio de 2007, del Departamento de Salud y Consumo ("Boletín Oficial de Aragón", número 76, de 27 de junio de 2007) y la legislación vigente que resulte aplicable.</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">No podrán concurrir quienes ya solicitaron su incorporación al listado en la convocatoria efectuada en 2023 o en las anteriores de 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016 y de 2012, excepto que en el momento previo a la correspondiente oferta pública de empleo el promotor hubiera desistido de su solicitud o que, convocada la plaza, la hubiera obtenido un tercero.</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">Las solicitudes, dirigidas al Rector de la Universidad, se presentarán en el formulario oficial electrónico habilitado al efecto en la dirección <a style="color: #0000ee;" href="https://sede.unizar.es/?app=solicita" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">https://sede.unizar.es/solicita </a>(Seleccionar el menú Opciones/Iniciar nueva solicitud à Identificarse à Seleccionar en el catálogo de solicitudes para Personal Docente e Investigador la señalada con el título "Promoción profesorado cuerpos docentes universitarios").</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">El plazo para presentar la solicitud es de 15 días naturales contados desde el siguiente al de la publicación de esta Resolución en el "Boletín Oficial de Aragón", es decir, el <strong>plazo de presentación comienza mañana día 24 de enero y finaliza el próximo 7 de febrero de 2024.</strong></span></p>

<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">En el caso de plazas que pudieran resultar vinculadas, se especificarán el área, la actividad docente en correspondencia con la especialidad asistencial a desarrollar, centro sanitario, cargo asistencial y actividad investigadora.</span></p>
