De esta forma no se penalizaría a los PDI que han desarrollado correctamente su actividad en el modo en que la Administración se lo había solicitado.</span></p>

A modo de ejemplo de todo lo expuesto, consideremos una solicitud con 5 artículos publicados en revistas situadas en el primer tercil en el campo MATHEMATICS del JCR. Con los criterios específicos de la convocatoria de 2022, publicados por el Comité 1: Matemáticas y Física (disponibles en el siguiente<span> </span></span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;"><a style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #0563c1; text-decoration: underline; background-color: transparent;" href="https://www.aneca.es/documents/20123/160473/Comite%CC%81+1.pdf/765cbd53-1fee-1f02-d567-544690bf2c3f?t=1673970278044" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">enlace</a></span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">) se obtendría una valoración mínima de 8 puntos por cada artículo (por estar en el primer tercil) haciendo un total de al menos 40 puntos, por lo que se obtendría el sexenio sobradamente (al superar los 30 puntos requeridos).</span></p>

Esta puntuación podría ser incluso menor al poder aplicarle penalizaciones por publicar en la misma revista o incluso en la misma editorial.</span></p>
