El profesorado que solicite un sexenio en esta convocatoria de 2023 empezó a “preparar” su solicitud, como mínimo, en el año 2018. Evidentemente, y eso no se le escapa a nadie, con los criterios que regían en ese año. Sin embargo, ahora se encuentra con que ha desarrollado su investigación al menos en los últimos 6 años en base a unos criterios que ahora no van a ser los que evalúen su solicitud.<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">Volvemos a sufrir una clara situación de indefensión y de una retroactividad indignante</strong>. No se conocen otras escalas/cuerpos de trabajadores de la administración pública a los que le ocurra esto.</span></p>
