<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong>CALENDARIO ACADÉMICO y COMPATIBILIDAD</strong> de los HORARIOS: promoveremos la racionalización de los horarios de docencia del PDI, incluyendo el criterio de conciliación familiar, y la adaptación del calendario académico para que sea compatible con las etapas educativas de los menores y el cuidado de personas dependientes.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong>FLEXIBILIDAD</strong> en los HORARIOS para MADRES, PADRES y CUIDADORES: continuaremos defendiendo la promoción y mejora de los mecanismos que permitan al PDI con hijos/as menores o dependientes a su cargo escoger horarios compactos que faciliten la conciliación de la vida laboral y familiar.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong>DESCONEXIÓN </strong>DIGITAL y TELETRABAJO: reconoceremos el derecho a la desconexión digital y promoveremos el teletrabajo de forma mixta, adaptando las actividades a la presencialidad y en línea, con medios auxiliares para el teletrabajo.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">MEDIDAS de <strong>ACCIÓN POSITIVA</strong>: adoptaremos medidas de acción positiva para garantizar el acceso a la formación y la promoción profesional y continua durante los periodos de baja por maternidad o paternidad, excedencia por cuidado de hijos o hijas, y otros periodos relacionados con la familia.</span></li>
