<li style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">DIGNIFICACIÓN de la figura del Profesor Asociado. Reconocimiento de toda su labor y No a su utilización de forma indiscriminada y precaria. Mejora de retribuciones.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">ESTABLECIMIENTO de un porcentaje anual de plazas de acceso a la figura que corresponda para profesores asociados acreditados que destaquen por sus méritos y decidan reorientar su carrera profesional. </span></li>

<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Nuestro objetivo para el cuatrienio 2023-2027 es afianzar los logros conseguidos, además de defender:</span></p>

<li style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Trabajaremos en la REDUCCIÓN DE LOS PERIODOS MÍNIMOS para optar a la promoción y defenderemos la CONSOLIDACIÓN DEL EMPLEO en figuras de cuerpos docentes.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Defenderemos que el PROFESORADO ACREDITADO PROMOCIONE sin dilación a plazas estables</span></li>
<li style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Exigiremos mantener las convocatorias de plazas de Profesor/a Titular de Universidad y de Catedrático/a de Universidad atendiendo a criterios de PROMOCIÓN DE LA CARRERA PROFESIONAL COMO DERECHO INDIVIDUAL, promoviendo la estabilidad y funcionarización del profesorado.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Defenderemos una planificación de RPT PARA EL PROFESORADO ASOCIADO</span></li>
<li style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Defenderemos unas bolsas eficientes y remuneración justa para la figura del PROFESORADO SUSTITUTO.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Estudiaremos la posibilidad de solicitar el DESARROLLO DE TODAS LAS FIGURAS LABORALES docentes previstas en la LOSU</span></li>
<li style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Defenderemos que se puedan incrementar el número de contratos de INVESTIGADORES/AS y exigiremos que el personal investigador en formación y otras figuras post doctorales puedan ser INCLUIDAS EN LA RELACIÓN DE DERECHOS DEL RESTO DEL PDI.</span></li>
