<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Como sabéis, en el nuevo Convenio Colectivo de la Universidad de</span><br /><span style="font-size: 14px;">Zaragoza, en su disposición adicional décima primera, se establece la</span><br /><span style="font-size: 14px;">posibilidad de reducción horaria para las madres de niños y niñas que</span><br /><span style="font-size: 14px;">hayan nacido en los tres últimos cursos, contratadas a tiempo completo.</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial;"><br /><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">En la pasada Mesa de 17 de noviembre, UGT junto al resto de sindicatos, convinieron con la empresa en que dicha medida se hiciese extensiva a las compañeras funcionarias.</span></strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial;"><br /><span style="font-size: 14px;">Esta reducción puede aplicarse durante dos de los cinco cursos</span><br /><span style="font-size: 14px;">siguientes al nacimiento de su hijo o hija, a la resolución judicial</span><br /><span style="font-size: 14px;">por la que se constituye la adopción, o a la decisión administrativa</span><br /><span style="font-size: 14px;">de guarda con fines de adopción o de acogimiento. Esta reducción</span><br /><span style="font-size: 14px;">comenzaría en el curso 2024-25 y será de hasta 30 horas por curso</span><br /><span style="font-size: 14px;">académico (con un máximo del 20% de la dedicación).</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial;"><br /><span style="font-size: 14px;">Para hacer uso de esta reducción, la mujer interesada deberá</span><br /><span style="font-size: 14px;">comunicarlo a su Departamento durante la Fase 0 del POD.</span></p>
