Para CSIF no hay derecho a este nuevo disparate del Ministerio, claramente perjudicial para casi todo el PDI.<span> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: black;">Insistimos en el despropósito de exigir esos 9 meses a prácticamente todo el personal cuando en las negociaciones se había aceptado la propuesta de CSIF de que no se aplicara al profesorado de cualquier figura contratado previamente a la entrada en vigor de la LOSU.</span></p>

Ahora parece que más que dejar la puerta abierta, la abre de par en par.</span></li>

Donde dice “5. Respecto de los Profesores y Profesoras Titulares de Escuela Universitaria no será exigible el requisito establecido en el artículo 5.3.” debe decir “5. Respecto de los Profesores y Profesoras Titulares de Escuela Universitaria no será exigible el requisito establecido en el artículo <strong>4.3</strong>.”</span></li>
