<p class="v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Desde que entró en vigor la LOSU el 12 de abril crece la preocupación entre los diferentes actores universitarios por la<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">insuficiente financiación de las universidades</strong>. CSIF denuncia que, teniendo en cuenta el aumento de costes que implica la implantación de la nueva ley, Subirats no ha concretado el aumento de financiación a las universidades, ni ha definido el modo en el que se hará efectivo el compromiso de destinar el 1 por ciento del PIB al gasto público en educación universitaria, ni tampoco el calendario o las aportaciones por parte de las diferentes administraciones.</span></p>

<p class="v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">A CSIF le preocupa que la LOSU cronifique la precariedad del PDI.</span></strong><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;"><span> </span>La escasa financiación y la tasa de reposición complicará la estabilización, el alcanzar una tasa de interinidad del 8% y la renovación de las plantillas de profesores, investigadores y del personal técnico, de gestión y de administración y servicios. CSIF recuerda que los procesos de consolidación aprobados en las universidades no han contemplado a los profesores asociados. Además, el paso por concurso de sus contratos actuales a contratos indefinidos -aun siendo un avance importante- no puede considerarse como el acceso a un puesto estable y permanente.</span></p>
