<p class="v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; text-align: justify;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; color: black;">Estuvimos analizando los 2 escenarios posibles (aprobación o no aprobación del real decreto).<span> </span></span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; color: #006600;">CSIF<span> </span></span></strong><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; color: black;">coincide con la Directora de ANECA en que es muy necesario que se apruebe -por supuesto con mejoras significativas sobre la redacción actual-,</span></strong><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span> </span>ya que es un desarrollo normativo fundamental para la implantación de la LOSU. Sin él, las acreditaciones (tanto del PDI funcionario como del laboral) quedarían sujetas a un marco normativo anterior, lo que indudablemente produciría problemas y contradicciones con la LOSU y, como siempre ocurre, sería el PDI de las universidades españolas el colectivo que terminaría pagando las “improvisaciones” del Ministerio de Universidades en este asunto.</span></p>

<li class="v1MsoListParagraph" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: black; text-align: justify;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Sobre la posibilidad de un<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">sexenio de docencia</strong>, queda confirmado que es algo que</span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: windowtext;">, lamentablemente,</span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">quedó en una simple idea</strong>. </span></li>

<p class="v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; text-align: justify;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; color: black;">El último tema que se ha tratado es el de las<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">comisiones de acreditación actuales con tasas de éxito más bajas</strong> (sirvan Ciencias de la Educación, Ingeniería Química, Ciencias Económicas y Ciencias Empresariales como ejemplo). Entre otras razones, desde<span> </span></span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; color: #006600;">CSIF</span></strong><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span> </span>hemos recalcado la tardanza en la resolución de solicitudes o la aplicación que se ha producido en algunas ocasiones de criterios que no coinciden con los publicados (por ejemplo, por la aplicación de la mal llamada “lista negra de revistas”), lo que genera indefensión e imposibilidad de realizar alegaciones precisas, concretas y adecuadas al PDI solicitante.<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">La Directora nos ha comunicado que están trabajando en<span> </span></strong></span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">darle solución inmediata a esta problemática<span> </span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; color: black;">y que en un plazo muy breve<span> </span></span>-probablemente la semana que viene-<span> </span><span style="box-sizing: border-box; color: black;">habrá novedades importantes en este tema</span></span></strong><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; color: black;">.</span></p>
