<p class="v1v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; text-align: justify; line-height: 16.8667px;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px;">Incluso,<strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span> </span>algunas de las regulaciones autonómicas de la acreditación llegaron a crear figuras laborales incompatibles con su supuesto anclaje en la LOU.</strong><span> </span>Al no existir en su catálogo de acreditaciones, se producía la imposibilidad de acreditación por la ANECA para esas figuras privativas de las respectivas legislaciones autonómicas.</span></p>

<p class="v1v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; text-align: justify; line-height: 16.8667px;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px;">Pues bien,<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">la LOSU viene a blindar el sistema de acreditaciones autonómicas en el ámbito del profesorado laboral y a</strong><span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">extenderlo a los cuerpos de funcionarios</strong><span> </span>(art. 69.1 del Proyecto de LOSU: “La ANECA acordará, mediante convenio, el desarrollo de la evaluación de dichos méritos y competencias por parte de las agencias de calidad de las Comunidades Autónomas.”). El resultado previsible serán los problemas de equidad, movilidad, homologación y el fraccionamiento también de los cuerpos de funcionarios (Titular de Universidad y Catedrático de Universidad).</span></p>

<p class="v1v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; text-align: justify; line-height: 16.8667px;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px;">Además, hay que tener en cuenta la<span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">disparidad de criterios para conceder las acreditaciones</strong><span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">por las agencias de calidad autonómicas</strong>. Como ejemplo, el cuasi automatismo de la UNIBASQ vasca, que con el reconocimiento de 4<span> </span><em style="box-sizing: border-box;">ikertramos</em><span> </span>(sexenios de investigación) proporciona 50 de los 80 puntos necesarios para obtener la acreditación a profesor contratado doctor, o la AQU catalana, que no considera la docencia a la hora de acreditar a la figura de catedrático laboral.</span></p>

<p class="v1v1MsoNormal" style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #2c363a; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Con la aplicación de la LOSU, la disparidad de criterios se haría</span></strong><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;"><span> </span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bolder;">extensiva al PDI funcionario</strong>, que en la actualidad se rige por el criterio único de la ANECA. Las agencias autonómicas tendrán que buscar acuerdos de reconocimiento mutuo de las acreditaciones pero, a la hora de evaluar, no todas lo harán de la misma forma, porque evaluarán distintas personas. Además, no parece seguro que la ANECA y todas las CCAA pacten y firmen convenios de colaboración.</span></p>
