Desde CSIF hemos detallado ejemplos concretos de respuestas dadas por esas comisiones donde se ve claramente que están aplicando algo no recogido en los criterios. Desde ANECA se nos ha asegurado que no hay ninguna indicación al respecto, sino todo lo contrario y que ante estas situaciones lo que hay que hacer es recurrir (recordando que los recursos los ven personas ajenas a la primera evaluación negativa). En este sentido, CSIF ha manifestado que recurrir no es la solución y hemos solicitado a la dirección de ANECA que “recuerde” a las Comisiones que se deben utilizar exclusivamente los criterios actualmente vigentes, sin penalizar ninguna publicación por estar en ciertas revistas.</span></p>
