<p style="color: #222222; font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 13.3333px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Como conocéis, desde CSIF llevamos meses denunciando la mala situación (relativa al tratamiento de la cuota patronal o a la duración de las ayudas) que están padeciendo muchas investigadoras e investigadores en la percepción de las ayudas Margarita Salas y María Zambrano. Denuncia que trasladamos al Ministerio de Universidades y que, en un exquisito juego de trileros, eludió el tema descargando toda la responsabilidad en las universidades.</span></p>

<p style="color: #222222; font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 13.3333px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Para CSIF lo único claro y lamentable es que, al final, la precariedad que se produce al no haber tenido en cuenta las cuotas de la seguridad social y el impedimento a contratar un tercer año lo sufren los investigadores. Por ello,<span> </span><strong>pedimos al Ministerio de Universidades que, como organismo responsable de la convocatoria de las ayudas, ejerza sus competencias y regule el tema para que mitigue las desigualdades actuales y haga una implementación futura en condiciones de igualdad y equidad con medidas como:</strong></span></p>

<li style="margin-left: 0cm;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excluir del salario del investigador los gastos de la cuota patronal.<span> </span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Para CSIF resulta denigrante, abusivo y contrario a ley que<span> </span></span>el personal investigador haya visto reducido su salario bruto mensual alrededor de un 24% tras deducirse la cuota patronal.<span style="font-size: 12pt;"></span></li>

<li style="margin-left: 0cm;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Equiparación salarial de toda la plantilla adscrita a una misma figura (sea Margarita Salas o María Zambrano).<span> </span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Por otro lado, debe arbitrase una fórmula para devolver a los investigadores las cuotas patronales deducidas desde el inicio del contrato.</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"></span></li>

<li style="margin-left: 0cm;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Equidad contractual para los investigadores beneficiarios.</span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span> </span>Desde CSIF defendemos que en las distintas convocatorias para la Recualificación del Sistema Universitario Español debe existir una mínima homogeneización en cuanto a la estructura del contrato, el salario base, la duración de las ayudas, la equiparación a figuras de PDI, etc.</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"></span></li>

<li style="margin-left: 0cm;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Reconocimiento a los “Margarita Salas” como figuras de excelencia para futuras acreditaciones y acceso a promociones y estabilización.<span> </span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Hasta ahora, los programas de excelencia “nacionales” reconocidos son Juan de la Cierva, Miguel Servet y María Zambrano.</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"></span></li>

<li style="margin-left: 0cm;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Certidumbre y continuidad más allá de los primeros años.<span> </span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">En algunas universidades que eligieron esa modalidad no puede garantizarse el pago del tercer año y, además, no está asegurada con carácter general la continuidad tras la convocatoria vigente.</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"></span></li>
