<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">Tras la publicación en el BOE del <strong>reglamento para la suscripción de convenios especiales para el reconocimiento de hasta cinco años de los periodos de beca realizados con anterioridad al año 2011, </strong>se han observado diversas <strong>carencias</strong>:</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">❌Solo se permite un <strong>máximo de 5 años</strong> de cotizaciones.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">❌Se tiene que <strong>pagar la parte de la empresa</strong> más la del trabajador (cerca de 300 euros mensuales).</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">❌Las <strong>cotizaciones a pagar son las del 2024</strong>, no las del año en que se desarrolló la beca (algunas personas tendrán que pagar más de lo que cobraron por su beca).</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">❌Deja <strong>fuera numerosos casos</strong> (personas jubiladas, becas con cargo a proyectos, etc.).</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">❌El periodo por el que se puede ir pagando se ciñe al periodo que se quiere rescatar. No hay posibilidad de pagarlo en un <strong>período de tiempo mayor.</strong></span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">❌Aunque se puede desgravar en la renta, no se ha tenido en cuenta las personas que en este momento están en<strong> situación de desempleo</strong>.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">Por este motivo, te esperamos el próximo <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">sábado 18 de mayo a las 12:00 h</span> en la concentración que convocamos en la puerta del MINISTERIO DE INCLUSIÓN, SEGURIDAD SOCIAL Y MIGRACIONES</strong> (C/ José Abascal, 39)-MADRID.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;"><strong>Exigimos</strong> que se mejore:</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">⭕<strong>Reconocimiento del tiempo trabajado a todos los efectos</strong>: jubilación, grupo de cotización correspondiente a la titulación que se requería para el acceso al programa, antigüedad en las administraciones públicas, carrera profesional, trienios, con carácter inmediato para el personal interino que se encuentra en procesos de estabilización.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">⭕Que tengan la consideración de trabajador/a por cuenta ajena y paguen la <strong>cuota correspondiente al o la trabajadora</strong>, <strong>NO la que le correspondiera a la entidad pagadora/empresa (</strong>o bonificación del 95% como establece el RDL 2/2023).</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">⭕<strong>Plazo para suscribir el convenio abierto de manera permanente</strong>, o que, al menos, el periodo sea más extenso.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">⭕<strong>Cláusula especial</strong> para el reconocimiento de las personas actualmente jubiladas o en situación de incapacidad.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">⭕<strong>Reconocimiento de todo el tiempo trabajado</strong> aún sin estar ligado a la obtención de un título.</span></p>
<p style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 19px;">⭕<strong>Reconocimiento</strong> del trabajo realizado bajo la forma de <strong>contratos administrativos sin cotización a la Seguridad Social.</strong></span></p>
