<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">En la reunión de la Comisión de Formación del día 10 de enero de 2024, <span style="color: #e4002b;"><strong> UGT</strong></span> <strong>planteamos la necesidad de incrementar las retribuciones del profesorado PTGAS que imparte cursos de formación, </strong>equiparándolas a las retribuciones que percibe el PDI, por el mismo concepto, ya que las vigentes databan del año 2006. </span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Considerábamos que era necesario reconocer la labor fundamental que este profesorado desempeña en la formación del personal de la universidad.</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Hoy se ha celebrado una nueva reunión de la Comisión y se ha dado el visto bueno al aumento de las cuantías, además de aprobarse el nuevo Plan de formación del PTGAS para el 2024.</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">Las nuevas cuantías de las retribuciones quedan establecidas de la siguiente manera:</span></strong></p>

<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">Estas retribuciones representan un importante avance en la mejora del profesorado del PTGAS que imparte los cursos de formación.</span></strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Por otro lado, <strong>el nuevo Plan de formación queda configurado con una oferta muy amplia,</strong> son 194 acciones formativas de distintas áreas: administración , bibliotecas, calidad, conserjería, idiomas, laboratorios, mantenimiento y oficios, nuevas tecnologías, riesgos laborales y salud laboral, CLMU y Mentor. De las más demandadas se realizarán varias ediciones.</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong><span style="color: #e4002b;">La propuestas de cursos de<span style="color: #e4002b;"> </span>UGT</span></strong> dentro de este Plan de formación, en calidad de firmante del IV Acuerdo de Formación para el Empleo de las Administraciones Públicas, son:</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">1. Inglés con fines administrativos en el entorno universitario</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">2. Inglés con fines académicos</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">3. Comunicación efectiva y presentaciones en público en inglés</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">4. Microbiología básica</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">5. Creación de páginas web con Wordpress</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Desde <strong><span style="color: #e4002b;">UGT</span></strong> queremos expresar nuestra <strong>valoración positiva del nuevo Plan,</strong> destacamos en notable aumento de acciones, con la incorporación de nuevos cursos que no se habían ofertado anteriormente, que responden a las necesidades emergentes en la actualidad. Además de celebrar en aumento de las retribuciones del profesorado.</span></p>
