<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">Personas que cumplan los siguientes requisitos:</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">a) Estar en posesión del grado de doctor en fecha anterior al 1 de enero de 2019.</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">b) Haber tenido una vinculación contractual previa de, al menos (cumplir uno de los siguientes requisitos):</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;"><br /><span style="font-size: 15px;">1. Dos años bajo la modalidad de contrato de acceso (art.22 de la Ley 14/2011, de 1 de junio, de la Ciencia, la Tecnología y la Innovación).</span><br /><span style="font-size: 15px;">2. Tres años bajo cualquier otra modalidad en el marco de algún programa postdoctoral financiado por algún agente de financiación público del Sistema Español de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 15px;">3. Cinco años de contratación posdoctoral tras la obtención del grado de doctor (se incluyen periodos de contratación posdoctoral en el extranjero).</span><span style="font-size: 15px;"></span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">c) Haber realizado estancias, incluyendo periodos donde se haya estado contratado/a, predoctorales y/o postdoctorales, en centros de I+D nacionales y/o internacionales distintos de aquel en el que han realizado su formación predoctoral, durante un periodo acumulado, con carácter continuo o discontinuo, igual o superior a dos años. (Requisito no aplicable a aquellas personas que hayan cursado íntegramente y obtenido el título de doctor en una universidad extranjera y a aquellas personas que tengan reconocido un grado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33%).</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">d) No pertenecer a alguno de los cuerpos de funcionarios docentes universitarios de las Universidades públicas, ni ser personal investigador funcionario de carrera al servicio de los Organismos Públicos de Investigación de la Administración General del Estado, ni estar contratado en una Universidad pública española como profesor contratado doctor o profesor/a permanente laboral (o bajo figuras equivalentes de agencias autonómicas).</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">e) No estar en posesión del certificado R3, ni del certificado I3.</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">f) En el caso de haber solicitado la obtención del certificado R3 en la convocatoria 2023 de la AEI, haber obtenido una puntuación igual o superior a 60 puntos, sin la obtención del certificado.</span></p>
