<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">Ayer, martes 6 de febrero, se llevó a cabo la constitución de la Mesa de Negociación del PTGAS.</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">La razón por la que la UZ finalmente ha dado el paso ha sido la emisión de un informe aclaratorio por parte de la Dirección General de Trabajo, en respuesta a la consulta formulada por la Gerencia para determinar qué organizaciones sindicales debían participar, de acuerdo con los resultados de las elecciones sindicales del 30 de noviembre.</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">El informe, a pesar de su carácter informativo y no vinculante, ha servido para desbloquear este asunto y proceder a su constitución.</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">Según la normativa vigente,<a href="https://ugt.unizar.es/noticias/mesa-sectorial-de-ptgas-30012024"> <span style="color: #3598db;">a la que hacíamos referencia en nuestro escrito del pasado miércoles,</span> </a>y del examen de los resultados electorales, la Mesa del PTGAS estará conformada por los siguientes sindicatos:</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">🔶<strong> CCOO</strong>: 1 representante (por ostentar la condición de sindicato más representativo en la CCAA y a nivel Estatal)</span><br /><span style="font-size: 15px;">🔶<strong>C.G.T</strong>: 2 representantes (por haber obtenido en el ámbito funcional específico-PTGAS- más del 10% de representación)</span><br /><span style="font-size: 15px;">🔶<strong>SOMOS:</strong> 8 representantes (por haber obtenido en el ámbito funcional específico-PTGAS- más del 10% de representación)</span><br /><span style="font-size: 15px;">🔶<strong><span style="color: #e4002b;">U.G.T.</span></strong>: 4 representantes (por obtener más del 10 % de representación en el ámbito funcional específico-PTGAS-, pero además, por ostentar la condición de sindicato más representativo en la CCAA y a nivel Estatal)</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><br /><span style="font-size: 15px;">Con respecto a algunas informaciones que han sido remitidas, con el fin de confundir y negar la mayor, es importante señalar que la <span style="color: #3598db;"><a style="color: #3598db;" href="https://www.boe.es/buscar/act.php?id=BOE-A-1985-16660&p=20110728&tn=1#asexto">Ley Orgánica 11/1985, de 2 de agosto, de Libertad Sindical,</a></span> no otorga privilegios exclusivos a CCOO y UGT. Esta ley confiere la capacidad representativa a los sindicatos que cumplen la condición de ser los más representativos a nivel estatal o autonómico, permitiéndoles representar en todos los niveles territoriales y funcionales.</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">Cualquier sindicato puede tener esta condición, no está reservado exclusivamente para UGT y CCOO. Sólo deben participar en las convocatorias de elecciones a Comités de Empresa y órganos correspondientes de la Administraciones Públicas y alcanzar el 10% o más del total de delegados a nivel estatal, o bien, a nivel de CCAA obtener, al menos, el 15% de de representantes y contar con un mínimo de 1500 representantes. </span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">La representatividad no se obtiene solamente "porque yo lo valgo" sino porque hay que trabajarla día a día, con esfuerzo y trabajo constante durante años, y no sólo en algunos ámbitos de trabajo, sino en todos y cada uno de los sectores productivos. </span></p>

<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">La historia de la <strong><span style="color: #ee002b;">UGT</span></strong>, con sus 135 años de lucha ininterrumpida por los derechos de la clase trabajadora, no han sido ningún camino de rosas. Por eso, no hablemos de privilegios y seamos serios. </span></p>
