<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>El</strong> <strong>Acuerdo Marco</strong> para una Administración del Siglo XXI <strong>firmado por UGT y CCOO recoge para 2023 dos subidas salariales:</strong> </span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">- <strong>Una subida fija del 2,5%</strong> (que se hizo efectiva en enero del pasado año) </span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">- <strong>Dos subidas complementarias y con carácter retroactivo al 1 de enero de 2023 del 0,5% cada una.</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">La primera,</span> que operaba si el IPC armonizado de 2022 y 2023 superaba el 6%, se cumplió y se hizo efectiva en octubre de 2023. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">La segunda</span> se acaba de confirmar al conocerse el dato del PIB (2,5%), que ha avanzado más allá del 2,1% estipulado en el Acuerdo.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>UGT y CCOO urgen al Gobierno a incorporar de manera inmediata a las nóminas de los 3,5 millones de empleados y empleadas públicas este 0,5%.</strong></span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Además del 2% correspondiente a 2024</strong>, activando las fórmulas legislativas necesarias sin esperar a la aprobación de la ley de PGE.</span></p>
