<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">En la Mesa de PTGAS del pasado viernes, 15 de diciembre, quedó aprobado el calendario laboral para el año 2024 en la Universidad de Zaragoza.</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">Desde UGT, una vez revisado el calendario laboral propuesto por la Gerencia hemos cotejado el mismo con el calendario académico y con el escolar para garantizar la conciliación de la vida laboral y familiar.</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">En nuestra intervención que fue en primer lugar,<span style="color: #000000;"> <span style="color: #e4002b;"><strong>UGT</strong></span></span> <strong>proponemos el cierre</strong> de los días <strong>16 de agosto y 23 de diciembre</strong> y <strong>solicitamos que se declaren</strong> <strong>festivos en beneficio de las compañeras y compañeros de las contratas de limpieza. </strong></span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">Se acepta por parte de Gerencia que estos 2 días sean considerados festivos.</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"> <strong>El<span style="color: #000000;"> 23 de diciembre queda condicionado a que en el calendario académico del curso 2024-25 se declare no lectivo, al igual que los días 10 y 11 de octubre</span></strong> que son festivos en el calendario escolar, por lo que solicitaremos la adaptación del calendario académico y por consiguiente al laboral.</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">Como todos los años, una vez más, UGT hemos señalado que el cierre energético limitó y quitó algunos derechos con el cierre energético de agosto, hasta el momento no hemos tenido problemas compensando con otros días, por ello pedimos que el Consejo de Dirección sea consciente y siga en la misma línea de no perjudicar al PTGAS con estos cierres.</span></p>
