UGT se compromete a promover una conciliación real y efectiva, que permita a las personas trabajadoras tener una vida familiar y laboral satisfactoria.</span></p>
<ul style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial;">
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Actualización de <strong>permisos y excedencias</strong> para recoger aspectos de la Ley de Familias, como cuidados de abuelos, tíos o nietos.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Creación de una <strong>bolsa de 30 horas</strong> de crédito horario anuales para la conciliación de la vida laboral y familiar.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 14px;">Jubilación parcial del PAS funcionario perteneciente al régimen de Seguridad Social.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Ampliación de la <strong>reducción de la jornada por edad avanzada</strong>, hasta una reducción equivalente a una hora completa por jornada.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Potenciación de la conciliación de la vida laboral, personal y familiar estableciendo como "<strong>deber inexcusable</strong>" los cuidados domiciliarios de los hijos menores y para el cuidado de familiares mayores de 55 años con problemas de salud acreditados.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Supervisión del cumplimiento de los derechos laborales de las personas víctimas de la <strong>violencia de género</strong>.</span></li>

UGT se compromete a promover una acción social que responda a las demandas actuales de los trabajadores y trabajadoras</span></p>
<ul style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial;">
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Proponer la creación de un Reglamento de Acción Social, con un cambio de modelo, para ello pediremos incremento de la partida presupuestaría al <strong>2% de la Masa Salarial</strong>, aumentando las cuantías para acceder a nuevas modalidades de prestaciones.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Crear <strong>estructuras y servicios</strong> de calidad que puedan acoger a familiares menores y mayores dependientes, al menos, durante la jornada laboral.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Pediremos un aumento de la cuantía máxima de <strong>anticipos y préstamos</strong> (6.000€).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Ayudas sociales que incluyan <strong>coberturas </strong>que en otras Administraciones tienen reconocidas como:</span>

<li style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 12px;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">Ayudas para odontología</span></li>
<li style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 12px;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">Ayudas para óptica</span></li>
<li style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 12px;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">Ayudas para libros</span></li>
<li style="font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 12px;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">Ayudas de estudios (matrícula y alojamiento) para hijos que cursen en otras universidades alguna titulación que no se oferte en la UZ.</span></li>
