<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Implantar el grupo profesional B para el personal C1 que quiera progresar.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Agrupar las escalas propias en familias profesionales para favorecer la movilidad, los concursos y la promoción.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Convocar concursos de Traslados Internos anualmente en todas las escalas y especialidades.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Modificar baremo de concursos para eliminar las memorias en las convocatorias de concursos, quedando sólo obligatorias para puestos a partir del nivel 22.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Demandar la Promoción interna vertical y horizontal.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Equiparar los importes de la carrera profesional con los empleados de la DGA.</span></li>

<p style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">UGT pedimos la estabilización de todas las plazas estructurales, la convocatoria de una oferta de empleo público al 100%, y la actualización de la regulación de las guardias, jornadas y complementos salariales. </span></p>

<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Defender la estabilidad laboral del personal a través del concurso-oposición.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Estabilizar todas las plazas de naturaleza estructural del personal técnico y de gestión de apoyo a la investigación.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Exigir una oferta de Empleo Público al 100% con sus correspondientes convocatorias anuales.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Actualizar la regulación y retribución de las guardias, jornadas, servicios-horas extraordinarias y demás complementos.</span></li>

UGT se compromete a promover una formación integral, que cubra las necesidades de todos los trabajadores y trabajadoras:</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 11px; font-family: Ubuntu, Helvetica, Arial;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Incluir la formación como un elemento clave para la promoción interna y la provisión de puestos, llegando a sustituir a los exámenes en los casos que la ley lo permita.</span></li>
