<p style="text-align: justify;">En la Universidad de Zaragoza en el año 2014<span> <strong><span style="color: #ba372a;">se implantó un sistema de carrera horizontal</span></strong>, que establecía un período transitorio reconociendo a los/las empleados/as que lo solicitaron en la convocatoria del 2015, un Primer, Segundo o Tercer tramo, según la antigüedad acreditada en ese momento.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="color: #ba372a;"><strong>Desde UGT</strong></span> en muchas ocasiones hemos solicitado a la gerencia <span style="color: #ba372a;"><strong>la apertura de la actual carrera profesional</strong></span> horizontal a toda la plantilla para que aquellos compañeros y compañeras que no cumplían con los requisitos en el momento de la implementación pudieran participar. Seguimos esperando que la gerencia nos presente para negociar lo antes posible un nuevo documento de carrera profesional horizontal para implantarlo con la evaluación de desempeño en el 2024 y así corregir esta incomprensible <span style="caret-color: #ff2600;">circunstancia.</span></span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="caret-color: #ff2600;"><strong><span style="color: #ba372a;"><a style="color: #ba372a;" href="https://ugt.unizar.es/no-la-evaluacion-del-desempeno-sin-carrera-profesional" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">UGT fue el único sindicato que no aprobó en mesa de PTGAS</a> </span></strong>del 22 de marzo del 2022 el documento de evaluación de desempeño por que pedíamos que se implantara la carrera profesional horizontal en el 2023.</span></span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Desde entonces esta carrera </span></span><span style="font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14.6667px;">horizontal</span><span style="font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> ha estado paralizada, las </span></span><span style="font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14.6667px;">cuantías</span><span style="font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> han estado congeladas, y es ahora con la firma del </span></span><strong style="font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;"><a href="https://ugt.unizar.es/sites/ugt.unizar.es/files/users/FESP/acuerdo-carrera-profesional-uz-23reducido.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Acuerdo del 12 de junio del 2023, en materia de carrera <span style="font-size: 14.6667px;">horizontal</span> y desarrollo profesional del PTGAS</a></strong><span style="font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">, </span></span><span style="font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14.6667px;">cuándo</span><span style="font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> se retoma. En el punto 2.3 del citado acuerdo se establece una senda de financiación que en el 2023 es de 400.000 €</span></span><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">, en el </span><span style="font-size: 14.666667px;">presupuesto</span><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> de la UZ del 2023 estaba destinado un importe de 207.904 €</span></span></span><span style="font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="color: #000000;">.</span> La distribución de esta cantidad se ha publicado por la gerencia en la siguiente resolución:<br /></span></span></p>
